House of The Future A housing scheme responds to three key challenges affecting Emirati neighborhoods today: the need to expand homes for multi-generational living, the importance of climate responsiveness, and the lack of small-scale green spaces that foster a stronger sense of community. This project demonstrates grow alongside its family over time. The design uses modular units that allow for spatial expansion without major alterations to the house's overall form. Each space is pre-programmed for future adaptability, enabling rooms like offices and lounges—sized according to the module—to be easily converted into bedrooms with minimal effort from the homeowner.
